A couple of other things - If you have areas of bad foam, you can cut them away and replace with a pieces of donor foam. Go to an upholstery shop to get the spray adhesive to join the pieces. Also, consider wrapping your foam with burlap (available at upholstery shop). This helps the new covers slide on and also keeps the old foam from having dusty particles flaking off.
