I put some white lithium grease on the backing plate on all the tabs where the shoes ride. I just took the drum off again. (came off easily this time) and I guess I'll try to disconnect the parking brake and go from there. Gonna have to order a new cable for sure. Where should I disconnect the cable at if it's frozen up? It's frozen from insided the housing that goes up to the trailing arm.
