The measurement you want is from the back of the cab to the rear mounting hole on the seats, right?

Yes, that's the measurement I am looking for.

I am building 6 pieces of C channel, with holes drilled to match the seats, sandwiching the floor boards. Then I may weld them to the floor...

I don't think fender washers will hold up in an impact. I also tend to over engineer things. Should see the roll cage I put into my old blazer
