Why you guys spend all that money for a power window kit is beyond me. THe belt drive mechanisms from newer GM cars work teriffic and use GM switches. HTey practically give the motors away at the junk yards. Below is a picture of a motor shown in the position it occupies in teh door, it pushes on the lower window channel, after you remove the gear from the old regulator.
