Does anyone know the right paint colors to restore the old black CA plates?
The yellow is what I'm after, since the black will be flat(?).

I plan on media blasting the plates and redoing. Also, I guess the letter/numbers will have to be hand painted, but is there a "best" way to do this? I want it to be smooth
