I put bruschetta fresca in Goggle search and found a lot of receipes, etc, that you might look at and build up a presentation with bits and pieces from each. it is Italian.
I also put in "where did bruschetta fresca come from" and there is alot of different things. One thing is the cooking of Parma which is somewhat similar. They say when Hannibal invaded Italy his troops were fed by the locals and as they moved on the receipes passed along. That info and a little BS might sound good for lack of any other info.
