as someone who is half italian/half german, and also has culinary experience, do you just want a nice basic recipe, or do you want cultural/market difference recipes IE north italy vs south italy styles of cooking, its pretty much just slight variances, but to someone out there that might be able to spot the errors, its one less thing that they could critique in your presentation
