Aside from the very expensive Schoche stuff, what other options are there for sound proofing? Does the spray in stuff work well?

Any feedback would be appreciated, as the suburban I just purchased is very loud on the road. Its going to get some new carpet and a head liner and I'd like to take care of the sound proofing at the same time.

My pickup has the carpet liner (black and white foam) and kick panel carpet, which seams to work well.
