I've actually been in your shoes before.

I converted my zero option 6 cylinder truck to a loaded big block truck. I had to drill the holes for the reservoir in the fender.

The factory assembly manual shows exactly where to drill the holes. There are two different locations, depending on whether the truck had dual battery option or not. Nevertheless, the manual shows where to drill the holes either way. All it takes is a sharpie marker, a ruler, center punch, and drill bit.
