Aren't door seals a pain in the butt? I installed new seals a month ago and only now are they settling in properly. You had to close the door with some authority shortly after installation. Just make sure everything is seating properly when the door is closed.
Also, it helps to cut a small slot near the joint to allow air to escape and enter. When I open my pass. door you can hear the seal sucking air in, lol (SSSSST).
