I have a 700R4, 3:73 gears and 255/70R15 tires that stand 28" tall and I went to the Chevy dealer and ordered new parts with their help and came up with good results. I'm reading 34 mph when checked with radar at 35 mph. I have GM part numbers for the driven gear and the sleeve that holds it. The drive gear, I only have the number of teeth, which you can easily purchase from the dealer. The drive gear has 15 teeth. The driven gear has 40 teeth and the GM part number is 1362048. The sleeve, you need to go with the driven gear, GM part number is 25512339. The sleeve was under $40.00 and the driven gear was less than $4.00. The drive gear should be less than $5.00 also. Hope this helps.

A good man/woman behind the parts counter means alot!

May those who love us, love us, any of those who do not love us, may God turn their hearts.
And if God is unable to turn their hearts, may he turn their ankles so we may know them by their limping.

A man who works with his hands is a laborer; a man who works with his hands and his brain is a craftsman; but a man who works with his hands and his brain and his heart is an artist.
