the pressure before the pump is in the negative... place a restriction ... esp by the tank... and it is a greater negitive. Less pressure means lower boiling point.
Place the restriction after the pump, and it raises the pressure a bit, which, I think you are old enough to remember the old pressure cookers... raise the pressure, raise the boiling point.
