I bought my last set of window rubber from a GM dealership. Since I was able to get a decent discount I felt it was the best choice rather than risking the quality of aftermarket rubber.
It's hard to beat the quality of GM sheet metal. In my opinion your best bet is to find rust free GM fenders....
