Use the 73- 3/4 parts, they will swap easily plus parts are cheaper and you have rubber bushings in the control arms, so they ride better. As far as dropped spindles i would check with one of the vendors on the board. If it was just for show I wouldn't worry so much about the spindles but if you plan to use it for towing I would make sure that you use a high quality spindle. There is such a range from bad to good quality on spindles.
