the lower arms have a different steer stop on the drum vs disc fronts. Other than a little grinding on the stop on the spindle, it shouldnt be a problem. be aware . (as mentioned), that the tierods are different ,as well as the balljoint assys. from what I understand, the only things you are worried about are the crossmember & a arms.....no problem on the crossmember itself , brakehose brackets will be a little different L
