Are you just going to weld them? Sorry, I can't help you with a "how to" but I have heard of some bad experiences doing this. If you have tires with reasonable grip and you are planning on driving on pavement you will probably end up snapping axles. If you are only going to be on gravel or offroad you should be ok.

My buddy watched a guy take his truck into a shop to have the spider gears welded because he was on his way to a rock crawling competition. He only had three turns to make before he could just cruise in a straight line to the competition. He got it welded, tried to get out of town, broke an axle, went back, fixed it, tried again, broke an axle, went back, fixed it, tried again. Third time was the charm and he actually made it.
