Remember if you spend $16,000 for a finsihed one there is always something that you want to buy for it.
I spent a little less then 16k on mine and there are still some things I want to do to it.
As for the Blazer for $4500... post some pics if you can. From your description the price (imo) seems a little high. I looked for about 6 months before I purchased mine and I think that was prettty short compared to others onthe board.
