Re: Restarting project

Tuesday 12/20

Well I worked all day blocking spots on both the hood and truck itself. I gave it a few coats of red-oxide primer and then slicked it up with 400 grit. After that I saw a few spots that I thought needed some putty, so I wiped those. I didn't take any pictures since it doesn't look any different then where I started yesterday.

I plan to block the spots from today and give her one last all-over prime. After that I'll slick her up and wash her down. I hope to have everything ready for spraying on Thursday. If I don't, I probably won't get her painted till early next week. I need to be able to watersand the day after I paint, and I can't work on Christmas Eve (Wives ). I plan on working my tail off to get her sprayed before Christmas. We will see.

Later
