The house was built in '52 so I knew what I was getting into, plus my mom cut us an amazing deal when we bought it from her.
I figure I'll put maybe 15-20k in and end up selling it for triple that so the hard work is worth it. Luckily the only thing I can't really do is the leveling(which will be around $6k
) and the roofing which my neighbors across the street will be doing.
