Front disc brake ID?

I am trying to identify what brake setup is on my truck. Obviously my truck did not come with stock discs('70); a PO installed them at some point.

They are a single pot, cast iron, floating caliper, five lug. Long brake hoses up to the frame rail junction where they meet the hardline with a retainer bolted to the a-arm about halfway up.

Reason I ask, I am looking to do drop spindles and want to know what to buy so I can reuse my current brake setup.

Thanks in advance for all responses, all help appreciated.
