Pretty much anything is going to involve an adapter, and probably changing driveshaft lengths. I know there is an adapter for the NV4500 to the NP205 from Advanced Adapters.

I've toyed with the idea of using a newer 5-speed/tcase and using a front axle from a Ford, since it has the pumpkin on the driver's side, but usually I decide I don't want to do that.
