mounting pads are going to have to be swapped to trailing arm pads and your going to go way up on the gears like high 4's. You should measure the backing plate to backing plate too. Your also going to need remount the panhard rod mount. U-joints might be tricky since there going to be larger on the 3/4T, maybe a drive shaft swap.
