Don't forget the jack. This seems to go un-noticed when buying a trailer. Make sure the jack looks like it will actually hold the tongue up (especially if loaded). My buddy bought a very Heavy Duty 18' trailer and the crappy jack snapped like a pencil within a couple uses.
