1. Compare all of your new brake lines to your old brake lines; they should look the same or very similar. (I have gotten incorrect lines in the past)

2. Some trucks have different line routing, so lines may not look the same, but the end points should be the same. (where fittings connect)

3. Connect all of the lines finger tight before tweaking any of the lines to fit. You may have to move the lines around to get them to lay in place.

4. Expect to have to hand-form the lines to get them to fit correctly. (The line suppliers only get them "close")

5. Get some flare nut wrenches to tighten the fittings, once everything fits. Don't overtighten, you can damage the flare and/or the fitting.

6. Walk, don't run.
