Clean the seam sealer out of the roof gutter rail...And get you some (3m) seam sealer at any paint or body shop store...or NAPA has it...Get it good and clean, and make sure its dry...This is self leveling sealer...That will seal it up for good..it will flow into the little cracks and your done!!
