On mine I used the same soft rubber lines and banjo bolt that the front of my truck uses.

From the T fitting on the axle (that the soft rubber line from the frame connects to) I then used short pieces of pre-made brake line with the proper male fittings on each end.

I know you don't have a NAPA store around the corner in your country so perhaps some metal brake tubing and assortment of ends (got mine from SUMMIT) and a good flaring tool would be in order for you ?
