well try to find a later 70's steering column, in 1981 the body style changed and so did parts of the chassis to make the truck lighter and in many ways more effiecent, thats why many of the 70s trucks arent as rotted out like the newer trucks, the steel they use today is CHEAP and Rots Easy,
anyway, that '82 column has the winsheild wiper controls on the turn signal? right?
