Since 73up(-87/91?) GM light truck, V8 engine crossmembers bolt into 67-72 4x4s with just a little drilling and trimming, wouldn't 73up 292 4x4 crossmembers also bolt in? IOW, wouldn't obtaining a 292 engine crossmember for a 67-72 4x4 only entail a simple junkyard search for a GM, 292-equipped pickup or burb? Missing the 292, of course.
