Custom shoulder belts could use the lap belt anchor points in the floor. Or look at the seat frame for a point to drill shoulder belt anchor points or maybe weld in anchor points. Might not be as strong as factory captive nuts in the cab and certainly not as strong as weld-in cage mounts, but it would be better than nothing. You could also use a racing harness for the center position. Just flip over the shoulder belt portion, but one must make sure the the top mounts are higher than the shoulders harnessed since lower mounts could cause great injury thru momentum induced compression of the torso. Takes some careful research. Maybe ask a race shop that knows their safety stuff.
