As I recall there are a couple of ways of getting a smaller drop, one is to put the drive axle on top of the rear leafs (the flip kit), hte other is to take the leafs to a reputable spring shop and ask them to de-arch them. Personally I recommend looking into the flip kit, since de-arching the springs has been known to change spring rates, and I am assuming you want to keep the same spring rates, otherwise removing leafs is another way to get a slight drop in the rear end.
