wow that's steep,I can get a bare frame blasted/coated for $400 here.
I've seen some pieces powdercoated over grinding marks that show up pretty bad,but a flapwheel shouldn't leave very aggressive marks.I wouldn't worry about it myself,but you could go over it with a real fine grit wheel if you're concerned.
