I've run both a stock set up and a 4" lift w/33's.

I found/experienced that 33's will rub with stock suspension and for me, 33's with a 4" lift has a small "hop" factor to get in.

I was in the process of building another blazer recently and had decided a 2" all spring lift with ORD zero rates was the way to go with 33's for all around driving.

Check out teeitups 4x4 step, he's running a 2" w/33's and it looks just right. IMO.
