I just put a 40/60 split bench from a mid 90's chevy pickup in my 72, the front outer holes lined up perfectly, then had to drill 6 mounting holes for the rest of the seat bolts, bolted them down with fender washers underneath the cab, the only fab work will be the inner front mount for the passenger side, it is too high to use washers as spacers, needs about a 1 inch thick spacer I am going to use a picee of square tubing and bolt that to the cab and then to the seat, I probably have two or three hours total in installing this seat

one other thing is I had to put six flat washers under the rear seat tracks as spacers

really easy to do and sits a bit higher than the factory seat and more comfortable to drive, I am 6 foot and always felt cramped with the factory bench seat

'course stretching the rear of the cab a few inches doesn't hurt either, eh?
