Where the switch came through the door jamb, I just threaded that, so that it was it's own capture so to speak, and didn't have a need for a nut on the back side. Then, on the front, just ran a little soft epoxy around the rim of it to give it a good seal.
The opposite side of the door latch hits it dead on.
Still need to clean up my wiring a bit, but I have a few other projects going with it right now too, so...
