In my experience, the conventional cabs do not differ significantly throughout the model range, the five window being the exception. The five window TF cabs actually appear to be big window cabs with supports welded into the opening. Relative to wheel-well prominence in the cab, observe front wheel to cab relationship on the LCF (COE) trucks:
