Possibly, but it could be a grounding issue, check the two little screws at the top of the printed circuit near the speedo and fuel gauge to see if they are tight. If that isn't it I would look the printed circuit over for breaks and replace if needed, and BTW I will have the printed circuit, used if needed....Randy
