They had better put this one back in the barn until there are no more usable trucks left, then maybe it would be worth something

I serioulsy doubt "the county" only put 14K on a truck and sold it. Some people actually don't realize that older vehicle didn't have that extra "1" to denote over 100K. AND it was a plow truck. Probably washed 3 times a year and covered with salt spray everywhere.
In all seriousness, if the price stays where it is, it would be a nice buy for someone who wants a 4x4 conversion.
