What you want is the NV4500 5spd from an early`90s-`00 8-lug IFS 4wd truck and a NP241 transfer-case from a Blazer or Suburban from`91 back(not sure how far back).Those Blazers never had a 5spd,but had the NP241 with the right-side front driveshaft.The trucks with the NV4500 were IFS with NP241s with the left-side driveshaft.Everything is interchangeale.
