All series 10-30 doors 67-72 will bolt on and work with any series 10-30 67-72 cab. 72 doors are easy to spot, they have a reenforcing screw (or hole for one) on the upper inside of the door near where the wing vent passes thru into the inner door.

If you have 67-71 door latches and window regulators, then you'll want to use a 67-71 door panel. If you have 72 hardware, you'll want to use 72 door panels. There are differences on how these inner panels attach, so it's easiest to match the door, inner panel, and hardware than it is to mix them.

67 doors have another small difference, but it's immaterial to the discussion here.
