Yeah I got all the dimentions from this site and other, basically you take 14" off right behind the cab, and 5" off the back.

I cut mine at a 45 and plated the back, I'll post some pics up. I double checked the 14" by measuring the two front bed bolts on the long bed, and short bed, it was 14" exactly.

The only other things to change are fuel tank from a 20 gal to a 16 and you have to redrill 2 holes for that, no biggie.

I got a driveline and a hard brake line from a donor shorted, and the last thing is e brake cables. It's easy to do, the thing that takes by far the longest is measuring the squareness of the frame 100 times before you weld it.
