Just thought I'd post up some pics of my 250 rebuild.
I guess it's not really a rebuild though. More like a disassembly/cleaning/swapping parts/reassembly...

Shifter rails/forks installed.
Input gear/shaft installed. (idler gear/shaft is in there too.)
