I don't know that it really would bind or bend anything.......It's not needed, but if you wanted it for looks (and had the cash) why not? A watts link keeps the axle centered not just attached to one side like the traditional panhard rod does. So if the triangulated 4-link and the watts link are doing the same thing.........though redundant, not a problem.
A panhard rod, being connected to only one side, pushes the axle toward the opposite side as the suspension moves. This would fight with the triangulated 4-link.
