The brake rod is different but I think its the same rod on later 70s power brake trucks also so its a little easier to find one .Dont know if anyone sells them.Use the present master cyl, just carefully move it out so it will bolt to the booster, leave the lines hooked up and be careful you dont bend or kink them and you wont even have to bled the brakes. Be sure to bolt the rod to the pedal before mounting the booster solid ,If you dont you will find out why very soon. Very easy upgrade.
