Sounds to me like some chainlink fence would be cheaper and quicker . Fence it off until you get some extra cash to get a new heater, pump, and filter system. Once it is fenced off and your insurance company see's it done they won't bother you about it any more. Just my opinion.

put up what we call hog wire cheaper by the roll and use metal stake post, probaby have it fenced in in less than a half day by yourself.
nother idea, sell it on ebay be sure to put buyer responsible for transporting it, lol.
