Oh yes they are! Repops run around $400 EACH, if that's not expensive, you've got WAY more money to burn than I do. Good used fenders run anywhere from $100 to $250 each, but you may be able to find someone selling one that is rotten on the bottoms for $50 or so and you can cut out the tire section. And no, unfortuneately there are NO reproduction patch panels for stepsides at all that I am aware of If there was I wouldn't have replaced mine.
