You will have to shorten drive rear shaft and add to front . i have a 87 k-10 425 hp 350, th350 with shift kit, np205, 4.11, with 33 inch tires and only got 4-7 mpg so i would go with the OD trans. I have 71 2wd blazer going to pull 350 out of 87 put a tpi setup on it with BW t-5 five speed.
