Thats the idea with the shroud. Even nicer would be a square to oval setup. See if you have any sheet metal shops around and you could have a nice one bent out of stainless. I will eventually have one bent up in our shop. One suggestion, stay away from those units that basically pan off the radiator leaving a couple of holes. Nothing like losing 40% of your cooling capacity. People install those shrouds with the elect fans which almost always move less air than a belt driven unit and wonder why they have cooling problems Nice progress on your project.
