The oil absorber stuff you can get in auto parts stores really works pretty well if put down immediatley after the spill. Let it sit a while--doesn't hurt to crush it a bit by walking on it. After a day or so, just sweep it up. Wouldn't be good enough for a wife to not complain but then again --what is!?
I accently once dropped a gallon glass jug of liquid insect sprey concentrate on our brand new black top driveway, and before i could dilute it with water--it ate right through to the dirt! Told her that it was her fault for complaining about a few little bugs--we were in texas and the bugs were scorpions, giant hairy spiders, etc.! hehehehhe
