in my 1970 2 wheeler blazer, i'm running a 385 stroker small block with a 700r4 and 3:73's. i have 33's from my 4x4 that im gonna dump soon. it seems to lug the motor only when i hit the lock up toggle at 2500 rpm's. i have the 670 holley and a holley street dominator intake manifold. my old truck surprises alot of european performance cars in the $60k-$100k range when they cant pull away from me on the freeway. i have a set of 235 70 r15's that i think will solve the motor lugging issue. it should be running at maxi mum efficiency at that point. i recommend this upgrade for anyone who plans on driving their truck alot.
