Having seen the back I'd definitely be different and take a tank cutter to that chequer plate either side of the license plate and cut two round holes, maybe sleeve them with a short length of pipe slightly larger than your exhausts and run them through the plate. They'll be well protected and nice and high out of the way when in water or backing up off road.
